Rehabilitation Therapies
Speech Therapy
All traditional speech and language services are available through HeartShare Wellness. This includes both diagnostic and therapeutic services for all communication disorders/delays. Our speech therapist provides evaluation and ongoing therapy services for the following disorders or delays: receptive language, expressive language, pragmatic language, articulation, fluency, oral motor skills and voice.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy services involve the direct provision of therapeutic, dynamic activities for the development or maintenance of adaptive skills and functioning in daily life tasks. This includes skill development in the areas of self-care and home management, including activities of daily living, compensatory training, meal preparation, safety procedures, and use of adaptive equipment.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy services involve the direct provision of specific, approved physical therapy modalities and therapeutic exercises to develop and strengthen endurance, range of motion, flexibility, balance, coordination, kinesthetic sense, posture, massage, orthotic/prosthetic fitting and training, and dynamic activities to improve functional performance.

For those who cannot travel by public transportation, door-to-door transportation can be arranged.
